Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Industrial Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Healthcare Facility Cleaning, School Cleaning, Floor Waxing provided by HiTEK Facility Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to HiTEK Facility Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. HiTEK Facility Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

No Warranties. HiTEK Facility Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiTEK Facility Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid HiTEK Facility Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold HiTEK Facility Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Modifications. HiTEK Facility Services may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
